If you go to select fileIT from the drop down menu and it is not there the most likely reason is that your account has expired or been suspended and you need to be reinstate the licence.
The most common reasons for an account expiring are:
- If the free trial has finished and you have not yet bought the product.
- If there has been an issue with your subscription payment.
- Open the Setup page.
- Select Installed Packages within App Setup.
- Locate fileIT in the list and have a look to see the Status and Expiration Date.
