Why Am I Getting A message Saying Dropbox Is Not Connected?

If you visit a record that is owned by someone else but that person hasn't connected fileIT to Dropbox then you will be presented with the message
'The owner of this record has not connected to Dropbox, therefor you cannot see any files associated with it. For more information see this support article.'
The record owner needs to connect to fileIT to Dropbox before you can see any files related to the record.
