Billing

Once you have installed Campaign Monitor for Salesforce you get a free 14 day trial.  You can purchase at any time within the application. After 14 days you will be automatically placed on a free limited plan.
 

The Campaign for Salesforce application is charged separately to Campaign Monitor (i.e. Campaign Monitor does the sending of emails etc, whilst Campaign Monitor for Salesforce manages the email data within Salesforce and the syncing of records between the two systems).

 

Pricing

Campaign Monitor for Salesforce is a site-wide license, so all Salesforce users within that organization get access for a single price. Billing occurs monthly from your date of purchase, with pricing based on how many active subscribers are in the subscriber lists synced between your Salesforce and Campaign Monitor accounts. If your active subscriber total changes in the new billing month, you will be moved to the appropriate tier.

A single Salesforce contact or lead can belong to multiple subscriber lists. If, for example, a contact or lead is active on two subscriber lists, it counts as two active subscribers for billing purposes.

You can purchase within our Salesforce application by using the steps below or by viewing this short animation  - purchasing.

  1. Click on the Campaign Monitor Admin app
  2. Click on the Billing option
  3. Click upgrade now

Don't see the Campaign Monitor Admin app? If not then you need to ask your Salesforce Administrator to provide you with our full permission set or complete the purchase process for you.

   

Updating card details

You can update your card details within our Salesforce application by using the steps below or by viewing this short animation - update card details

  1. Click on the Campaign Monitor Admin app
  2. Click on the Billing option
  3. Click the edit payment details button

Updating contact details

The billing contact is the person who will receive our invoices by email on a monthly basis.  This can be changed within our Salesforce application by using the steps below or by viewing this short animation - update contact details

  1. Click on the Campaign Monitor Admin app
  2. Click on the Billing option
  3. Click the edit billing contact details button

Resending invoices

To resend an invoice simply follow the steps below.  Once sent the invoice generally arrives by email within 5 minutes.

  1. Click on the Campaign Monitor Admin app
  2. Click on the Billing option
  3. You can click resend next to any invoice - resending invoice
