Manage Billing Settings

Manage Billing Details

The billing details below refer to the Campaign Monitor for Salesforce integration (this is different to Campaign Monitor which is charged separately). 

The billing page can be reached via the menu Apps -- > Campaign Monitor Admin --> General Settings --> Billing

The billing page allows you to:
  1. Upgrade to premium (i.e. use custom field mappings, view tracking statistics in Salesforce etc).
  2. View invoices
  3. Update card details
  4. Change the billing contact

Upgrade to Premium

If you are on the free version, the Upgrade Now button will be available on the main billing screen. Clicking this button will walk you through the steps of purchasing premium (i.e. capture card details).

After upgrading to premium, the full features of the Campaign Monitor for Salesforce integration are immediately enabled.


Managing Invoices

Invoices will appear a few hours after they are generated. Invoices are also sent by email to the primary billing contact.

Invoices can be resent using the Resend button next to the invoice.

Note: If the billing contact is different to the one the invoice was initially sent to, you can choose which email to resend to.

Update Card Details

To update card details, click on the Edit Payment Details button at the top of the screen. This will pop up a secure payment window where you can enter the new card details.

Note: We don't store any card details. Payment details are handled by Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1.

Change Billing Contact

The billing contact can be changed at any time. This only affect where the invoices will be emailed to.
