Manage Billing DetailsThe billing details below refer to the Campaign Monitor for Salesforce integration (this is different to Campaign Monitor which is charged separately).
The billing page can be reached via the menu Apps -- > Campaign Monitor Admin --> General Settings --> Billing
The billing page allows you to:
- Upgrade to premium (i.e. use custom field mappings, view tracking statistics in Salesforce etc).
- View invoices
- Update card details
- Change the billing contact
After upgrading to premium, the full features of the Campaign Monitor for Salesforce integration are immediately enabled.
Invoices can be resent using the Resend button next to the invoice.
Note: If the billing contact is different to the one the invoice was initially sent to, you can choose which email to resend to.
Note: We don't store any card details. Payment details are handled by Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1.
