How Do I Manage Licenses by Adding / Removing Users?

Keep track of licensed users by adding or removing them from a page in the Setup menu.

  1. Open the Setup screen.
  2. Under App Setup click Installed Packages.
  3. Next to fileIT Click Manage Licenses.
  4. To add users
    1. Click Add Users.
      1. Check the user(s) you wish to add.
      2. Click the Add button.
  5. To remove users:
    1. Click Remove next to the user(s) you wish to un-assign.
