How Do I Share The Salesforce Documents Folder?

The Salesforce Documents folder needs to be shared with each fileIT user.

  1. Go to Dropbox and Login using the same account you used to setup fileIT.
    1. If you are unsure which account is connected navigate to the fileIT Options tab and at the top under Dropbox Connection Settings it tells you who you are Connected As.
  2. You will see the Salesforce Documents folder at the top folder level.
    1. Right click on the Salesforce Documents folder.
      1. If the folder has already been shared click on Shared folder options...
        or
      2. If the folder is being shared for the first time click on Invite to folder...
  3. Now to invite people.
    1. Enter the email addresses of the colleagues you wish to share the folder with.
    2. Click Send Invites.

  4. The users must accept the invite before fileIT will work.
